The remainder and final payment of the fee is due 30 days in advance of the hunt start date. Unless otherwise arranged, deposits and other payments are not subject to return within 30 days of the hunt date. Personal checks, certified checks and money orders will also be accepted for all payments. Make all checks or money orders payable to Cross C Ranch. No rate reductions or extra days will be given if hunters leave before the conclusion of the hunt or fail to arrive on prearranged dates.
